She works as artistic advisor for Baluba, and is also project manager and artistic producer for Skattekista and the pre-projects Kultur OPP! in Groruddalen. That is no small job! Lene has a very special ability to make people want to get involved, and "everyone" we have contacted in Groruddalen says YES! – whether it is voluntary organisations, minority communities, city districts, public agencies, upper secondary schools, adult education, children's choirs, dance groups and so on.

She has long experience as a producer at the former Rikskonsertene, and helped start up Barnas Verdensdager and Stoppested Verden in Hamar – to mention a few. When Riksscenen wanted to build the family festival Skattekista at Schous in 2020, Lene was the one brought in with her experience, her creative mind and her very good eye for detail. Now that Samspill has taken over Skattekista (since 2025), it has been a given – and a great joy – to have her on the team!
