Druto

Saugata Ghosh Druto is a Singer, Songwriter hailing from Bangladesh, currently living in Norway. Druto initially sought to follow his father, a physician, but ended up with being a physicist and interestingly started his career as an assistant sound engineer. He used to take vocal training from a very early age. Picking up the guitar during his undergrad days, Druto began writing heartfelt, thoughtful songs and started performing in shows. He formed his own music production studio “Chaka” and produced an experimental cover album “Onyoder Somoye” along with various artists in 2016. Apart from being a part of versatile bands like “Otolanto”, “Alice and the Drunkard” and “Greatest News of All Time”, he began recording new materials and started publishing them on SoundCloud and YouTube. “Äprapti”, his first EP, has been released in 2020.
