Tural Raphael is a pianist and composer with a background in both classical and jazz music. At the young age of 10, he began improvising classical compositions from renowned composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, and Brahms. He later obtained a bachelor’s degree in classical music before delving into jazz and free music, where he found his freedom and space in the genre.
During the Lviv Jazz Festival, Tural had the privilege of participating in masterclass sessions with world-renowned jazz musicians such as Chick Corea and Kenny Barron.
Tural Raphael continued to expand his musical abilities while completing his Master’s degree at the Norwegian Academy of Music, where he created two albums within four months, including a polyphonic solo piano album.
He’s passion for both classical and jazz music is evident in his performances and compositions. His ability to seamlessly blend the two genres has earned him a reputation as an «crazy» artist.
