- Music that represents diverse cultures and backgrounds

About Sunday World:
Sunday World is a concert series in partnership with Cafe Sør in Oslo. The concert series was started in the spring of 2015, and has since become important for musicians both in and outside of Oslo. On selected Sundays throughout the year, new and exciting music from international traditional and popular music is presented, performed by musicians with genre backgrounds from various parts of the world.

New producer:
Our new producer this autumn is Sondre Evora Voie-Jessen. Sondre is a bassist who holds a master's degree in world music from the University of Agder, and just completed further education in Cultural Diversity at the Norwegian Academy of Music. He performs in several bands, playing music from both the Balkans and Latin America. He has personal roots from Cape Verde and Hamar.
